If you do not meet the criteria specified then your entry will not be deemed valid.

No purchase is necessary.

The competition opens from the 2nd June 2011 and closes at 23.59 on the 9th of June 2011.

Only one entry per person. Only one prize per household.

Entries received on or after midnight on the 9th of June 2011 will not be included in the competition.

Prizes to be drawn from the prize draws are 3 x Bottles of Fergie Outspoken EDP signed by Fergie and 3x Signed Black Eyed Peas Tour Guides. There will be 3 winners from each prize draw. Winners will either win 1 x Bottle of Fergie Outspoken EDP signed by Fergie or 1 x signed Black Eyed Peas Tour Guide.

The competition will be promoted on Avon's Twitter and Facebook pages.

The prize draws will take place on 10th June 2011. Winners will be chosen at random by Abi Redecen – Avon's Online Beauty Editor from all those entrants who have met the entry requirements.

The winners will be notified via a tweet on www.twitter.com/avon_uk on or before the 10th June 2011.

There is no cash alternative to prizes.

The winner will be asked to send their contact details following notification by Avon within 3 days of the competition closure date that they are a winner. If Avon fails to receive contact details from a winner within 14 days of notification, their prize shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen by Avon at its sole discretion. Avon will not be responsible or liable for any prize that is unclaimed or declined. Once Avon receives confirmation of the winner's contact details the prize will be sent by second class post within 3 days.

Avon reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes to be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the competition in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the competition altogether.

Avon reserves the right to withhold prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice throughout the competition period.

Winners will be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.

By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

All applicants acknowledge that, in the course of applying for this competition, certain information about them will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transmitted to Avon and third parties associated with the competition. Accordingly, the applicant's expressly agree to the transfer of such personal information to Avon and Avon's third party agents associated with this competition and that Avon (data controller) and any third party associated with the competition may use, store, process and transfer that information for the purpose of the competition. All applicants further agree that Avon may send their personal information outside of the European Economic Area including to the United States of America, for processing for the purpose of the competition.

All entrants hereby irrevocably assign all or any rights in the entries submitted to Avon, including but not limited to any moral rights subsisting therein.
