This sweepstake is open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over who like the Avon UK Facebook page, excluding Avon employees, temporary workers, agency staff, contractors or in any way professionally connected with the sweepstake. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria then your entry will not be deemed valid. Children under the age of 18 must have parental consent to enter the sweepstake and any person under the age of 18 who wins the sweepstake must be accompanied by an adult on the prize spa day.

The sweepstate opens on Monday 23rd May – and closes at 11.59 on the Monday 20th June 2011.

Entries received after midnight on Monday 20th June 2011 will not be included in the sweepstake.

There are three prizes to be won, each prize will include a selection of Avon products, such products to be selected at the sole discretion of Avon.

The sweepstake will be promoted on www.facebook.com/avonuk, www.avonbeautyblog.com and www.twitter.com/avon_uk.

Participants must enter the sweepstake by clicking on the 'Enter Sweepstake' link and entering their details into the form on the 'Thank you' tab on the Avon UK Facebook page.

The sweepstake will be drawn on Tuesday 21st June by Avon's online Beauty Editor, Abi Redecen.

From all the eligible participants there will be a sweepstake whereby participants will be in with a chance to win one of the following prizes:

• 3rd Prize = 2 year subscription to Glamour magazine plus Avon cosmetics and beauty products up to the value of £25*

The Spa Day prize must be booked and taken by the winner before 31st December 2011.

The winner of the Spa Day will be able to redeem their prize with AIM for 6 months from the closing date of the sweepstake. Failure to claim the prize within this period will lead to the prize being forfeited.

Winners will be notified via email within 14 days following the closing date of the sweepstake.

If a winner is unable to be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the sweepstake, the prize shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen by Avon at its sole discretion. Avon will not be responsible or liable for any prize that is unclaimed or declined.

Once the winner of the Spa Day prize has been contacted, Avon or AIM will endeavour to book the Spa Day for the date(s) the winner chooses but this will be subject to availability and prices.

Avon will send the winners their cosmetic and beauty product prizes within 30 days following the closing date of the sweepstake.

Once the winners booking is confirmed amendments or cancellations are not permitted and the prize can not be transferred to someone else.

Avon will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed or lost.

Avon reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the competition in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the competition altogether.

Avon expressly reserves the right to alter the prizes offered and/or change any prize programmes, inclusive of removing them altogether, should the need arise.

Avon reserves the right to withhold prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice throughout the sweepstake promotion period.

The winners will be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.

By participating in the sweepstake all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material and agree to their names being published on Avon's Social Media sites in the event of winning. Non-compliance may render you ineligible to receive the prize.

No alternative prizes (other than at Avon's sole discretion) and no cash alternative is available.
